The Economy aides with the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. Without it, technology and agriculture would not coexist. Capatalism as a whole would conquer our nation. Jobs, self-employment and unemployment would be null and void. The social institution of Politics is overloaded and unable to keep up with with their duty of distributing power and organization. Politics in the US has in my opinoin taken the turn for the worst. We depend on Green, Democratic, Republican, Independent and Tea parties to conspire on laws regarding the welfare of our nation, along with Local, County, State, National and Global politcal systems. With this track record, as far as Economics and Politics go, I say it will only get worse before It can get any better.

Cultural Diversity/Race and Ethnicity

Race and Ethnicity is about the universal social inequality in our society. It is also a huge part of our social stratification. Dating back to our ancestors up until modern time, it reflects culture and heritage differences in each individual. In the US alone, race and ethnicity is explosive. It signifies our skin color, hair texture and even facial feaures. With a vast amount of races within our society, only three really comes to mind. White or Caucasian, black or Afro American and Latino or Hispanic. The mixture of races now make our society more complex than ever, in my opionion. A perfect example of this is prejudice and sterotypes, a seperation in a social class, and gender differences. We need to start looking and treaing each other as human beings first.
